When we first started building vans we did not have the capability to TIG weld aluminum. I really wanted to make our builds as light and as strong as possible. One reason for this was because by the time I was building our 3rd family van I had already experienced how extra heavy weight could affect the drivability of the van. Mountain slopes and passes are not fun when you feel like you are pulling a trailer. Agility and proper braking times were something I wanted to improve on. When we started to get a few builds in the shop I decided to find a welder and purchased our first welding machine. As we have grown we have reinvested money into improved tools which recently included a next level welding table.
We now have the capability to produce all of our modules in lightweight aluminum.
