Do you guys need to have waders when wade fishing in saltwater? Or is it just a luxury to stay somewhat dry? Going on a trip in a few weeks was debating on buying some

I think we are going to invest in waders at some point but I heard from a buddy that you can start with the wading boots and the dry fast pants. I think when it gets warmer I may try that first.
