weather permitting I’ll be going fishing somewhere along the Texas coastline but I’m undecided on where to fish at. Any suggestions?

Have you tried Haterius Park? I feel like this spot would have been way better without the wind we got the morning we fished it. Great to have you on the forum and love your videos brother.

After a few people giving us a tip on this spot we tried it out. Hope to return again when the wind is not so bad.

From what I remember you car camp too right? Not sure if this is your speed but Goose Island State Park is a great spot and if you can get Camp Spot #1 there it is wide open on one side. It would be cool to hit it up during the week when even less crowded.

Yes I do car camp in my old SUV. I’ve been to goose island a couple of times. The 1st time I went was during a freeze. It wasn’t intentional. I had made reservations in advance and it ended freezing during that time. I still went by myself and ended up catching 18 slot redfish. The 3 that I kept were very painful on my fingers to fillet because of the cold. I went later with the kids but we didn’t catch anything. I still need to go one day to fish in the pier.
