Today I went down to Palacios to do some work around the tiny bay house. After I went fishing with my dad for a bit on the small pier. I had a small flounder hit one of the down south Bone diamond shads and got him up to the pier and he spit the jig. Got one more hit before we left but missed it. Had to get home early so I can get ready for tomorrow and have to be at the shop early to go fishing wherever @Eduardo “El Tiburon” has chose for tomorrow. Should be good weather.

Going Monday to Lake Bastrop to fish for catfish. Didn't have any success at Lake Granger yesterday. It was a pleasure meeting you and Danny at the Point in Palacios. Hope to get back soon!

Eduardo decided on Texas City Dike for today so we are fishing here. Tried the rocks but moving to one of the piers soon.

Any luck? I know it’s snag city at a lot of the spots there I’ve lost a lot of rigs

Not much luck today but the weather was beyond beautiful. We took Eduardo’s brother today with us and Carlo came later in the day.

I checked out my local pond that was just restocked with rainbow trout. Friday evening was a bust, with a few nibbles here and there. Went back today (Sunday) and managed to catch 2 rainbow trout. I had pan fried trout for dinner tonight.

Looks awesome. I always carry different spices that i make just to use. If you don’t want to make spices carry lemon pepper that always make fish taste great
