Low Tide

I finally got a chance to go fishing in Matagorda and caught 5 black drum. However, the tide was very low. 2 weeks later was even lower and caught much of nothing. Told myself that I'll wait until the end of February bit will keep an eye on tide information.

We went to Matagorda a couple of weeks ago and fishing many of the spots like 3 mile cut, the harbor, under the bridge and on the sides of the roads but did not have much luck. It was right before the freeze and I think the fish were already moved out into deeper waters.
